The Bio-Terrorism Act of 2002 requires that mills establish
and maintain records that identify the immediate previous source
of each ingredient/feed received and identify the subsequent
recipient of each ingredient/feed.
Feed Mills need to Document and Maintain a record of:

The name and contact information of the source and shipper for the products
received.

The date, lot#, description, quantity and type of packaging for the product or
products received and shipped.

The specific source of each ingredient used to make every lot of finished feed
-
The records to identify who the feed was sold to and who transported it
